At Superior Insealators, we use only the best products because we expect the best in our work and the impact that it will have on your home. We exclusively use spray foam from Icynene - the global leader in the spray foam industry.
For most applications where we utilize open cell spray foam, we install Icynene Classic Ultra. It has an R value of 3.7 per 1" sprayed and has a Greenguard Gold Certification. Icynene Classic Ultra is the latest open cell innovation product on the market. It has excellent adhesion properties, is not a food source for pests, has all the advanced fire testing to ensure safety, and is also an air barrier when at least 3" are sprayed.
Superior Insealators utilizes Icynene's ProSeal HFO for the majority of the closed cell spray foam applications. Proseal HFO utilizes the latest technology to provide the most environmentally friendly product on the market. With a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1, Icynene HFO is the smart solution for a environmentally responsible product that ensure the performance of the building. It has an R-value of 6.8 per inch when sprayed at 3” and is also an air and moisture barrier at less than 1.5”. Proseal HFO is also Greenguard Gold Certified.
Both of the foams that we utilize from Icynene are low VOC - this means that any building or home that we install spray foam in is able to be reoccupied in hours as compared to days with other brands of spray foam. This is extremely important and critical to the safety of you and your loved ones.

In 2019, Icynene gave out this award to only 17 of their dealers in the United States. We stand behind their product just as we do our own work!
This certification means that the product reaches the strictest standards when it comes to producing low volatile organic compounds (VOCs). With this seal of approval, you can rest assured that the spray foam that's being installed into your home is not only saving you money on your heating and cooling bills, but that it is also good for the environment.
Here at Superior Insealators, we understand that not every project is the same and not every customer is the same. Because of this, we offer our customers a wide range of products to ensure that we can meet their needs. When installed correctly, fiberglass and cellulose insulation will help the comfort and energy-effeciency of your home. One of the biggest advantages of these two options is the cost. Not only are they both cheaper to manufacture but they require less labor and equipment to install, keeping your overall costs down. For fiberglass and cellulose insulation, we utilize Knauf, Owens Corning, Applegate, Johns Manville, and Cell Pak to provide us with high-quality materials.
A complaint that is often heard from homeowners is that it seems like sound travels in their home. This can be solved during the early phases of building any home or during a home rennovation project. At Superior Insealators, we offer traditional fiberglass batting as well as open cell spray foam for acoustical insulation. While fiberglass batting is more cost-effective, due to the structure of open cell spray foam it performs better at absorbing the sound and keeping your home quiet. Typically, acoustical insulation is installed around all bedrooms, bathrooms and any mechanical rooms, however, it can be installed anywhere that you're wanting to keep sound in or out of. We have installed it around home theater rooms, game rooms, workout rooms and even golf rooms.
According to FEMA a flood resistant material is "any building product capable of withstanding direct and prolonged contact with floodwaters without sustaining significant damage." This means that the material has to be able to be able to withstand direct contact with floodwaters for at least 72 hours without requiring repairs (other than basic cosmetic repairs). Here at Superior Insealators, we've got you covered. Icynene's ProSeal HFO closed cell foam is listed by FEMA as being a flood resistant material. One of the best reasons to choose this is because of how spray foam will expand to fill the nooks and crannies to ensure that there is a quality seal to be able to reject any flood water.
